Product Description

Swiss Blue Topaz and Apple Green Peridot Rough Lot

This combined 250-carat gemstone lot includes 50 carats of Swiss blue topaz rough and 200 carats of natural apple green peridot rough. Offered in uncut form, the two materials give gemstone cutters and collectors a mix of blue and green stones for lapidary projects or a rough gemstone collection.

The photos show blue rough pieces with rounded and angular outlines, alongside green peridot pieces in varied sizes. The peridot has irregular surfaces, a glass-like luster, and visible variation in color and transparency. These are rough stones, not finished faceted gems.

What Is Included

  • Swiss blue topaz rough: 50 carats.
  • Natural peridot rough: 200 carats.
  • Combined listed weight: 250 carats.
  • Form: loose, unmounted rough gemstones.

Peridot Specifications

  • Color: apple green, with variation between pieces.
  • Origin: Pakistan.
  • Individual rough size: approximately 2–10 carats, as listed in the product description.
  • Listed clarity: slightly included to eye clean; clarity varies by stone.
  • Treatment: no treatment, as recorded in the gemstone details.
  • Birthstone: August.
  • Surface appearance: natural vitreous, or glass-like, luster.

The size filters include a 1–2 carat category as well as larger ranges, so they should not be read as an exact inventory of individual stone weights. The peridot origin, treatment, and clarity details above apply to the peridot portion only. The topaz origin, treatment, and individual weights are not specified in the current listing.

For Cutting, Faceting, and Collecting

This lot is listed for cutting, faceting, lapidary work, and collecting. Examine each piece's shape, inclusions, and internal fractures before choosing a cutting plan. Rough weight is not a promise of finished gemstone weight, and cutting suitability varies from piece to piece.
